This means that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement of the damaged item
Refund (if a replacement is not available)
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that have been used or worn
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items returned without prior contact with customer support
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a replacement item is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement when applicable.
Processing Time for Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
